蔡博丞於 1987 年出生於台灣高雄。2014 年，他以編舞處女作《浮花》（Floating Flowers）在德國斯圖加特國際獨舞劇場藝術節同時奪下「高緹耶舞團獎」與「觀眾票選獎」，一舉躍上國際舞壇，並於同年創立 B.DANCE。
蔡博丞致力於「讓台灣走向世界，讓世界看見台灣」，是目前唯一深耕歐洲市場的台灣舞團。其卓越的貢獻屢獲官方肯定：2021 年榮獲台灣「第 59 屆十大傑出青年」（文化藝術類）；2024 年更獲頒由台灣文化部與法蘭西學院共同設立的第 28 屆「台法文化獎」，表彰其在促進台歐文化交流上的傑出成就。蔡博丞持續透過當代舞打破國界，成為連結台灣與歐洲藝術體系的核心人物。

 Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1987, TSAI Po-Cheng made a stunning international debut in 2014 with his choreographic work Floating Flowers. The piece garnered both the ＂Gauthier Dance-Theater Prize＂ and the ＂Audience Award＂ at the prestigious Stuttgart Internationales Solo Tanz Theater Festival in Germany, launching him into the global spotlight and leading to the foundation of B.DANCE that same year.
Dedicated to the mission of ＂bringing Taiwan to the world and bringing the world to Taiwan,＂ TSAI has established B.DANCE as the only Taiwanese contemporary dance company with a primary focus on the European market. His exceptional contributions have earned significant official recognition: in 2021, he was honored as one of the ＂Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the Republic of China (Taiwan)＂ in the Culture and Arts category. In 2024, he was awarded the 28th ＂Taiwan-France Cultural Award＂—jointly established by Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and the French Academy—in recognition of his outstanding achievements in fostering cultural exchange between Taiwan and Europe. Through the medium of contemporary dance, TSAI continues to transcend borders, serving as a pivotal figure in connecting the artistic ecosystems of Taiwan and the European continent.
