中提琴演奏家，現為巴雀藝術創辦人暨藝術總監。建立從教育推廣到專業製作的完整系統，成立Camerata Taiwan、巴雀青少年弦樂團與室”重瘋，形成兼具藝術與社會連結的架構，連年獲選新竹縣傑出演藝團隊與國藝會Taiwan Top團隊。
聚焦在地文化與音樂形式，結合客家文化、當代創作與室內樂語彙，發展台灣觀點的節目，並推動跨區域與國際交流，於2025年參與大阪世界博覽會演出。除創作外，亦長期投入教育推廣，策劃《蒲公英計畫》，將音樂帶入校園與公共空間，實踐教育走向專業的理念。以演奏者與策展者身份，持續探索音樂與社會連結，打造連結城市的表演藝術平台。

 Violist Chang Hao-hsiang is the founder and Artistic Director of Bratsche. He has developed an integrated artistic ecosystem spanning music education outreach, youth training and professional performance production, establishing ensembles  including Camerata Taiwan, Bratsche Junior Camerata Taiwan and the Ensemble Amore. Through these initiatives, he has created a sustainable artistic framework that bridges professional artistry and social engagement. Under his leadership, Bratsche has been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding performing arts group in Hsinchu County and as a Taiwan Top performing arts group supported by the National Culture and Arts Foundation.
Chang’s artistic vision centers on local culture, contemporary creation and chamber music aesthetics. By incorporating Hakka cultural elements and contemporary musical language, he develops programs rooted in Taiwanese cultural perspectives while actively promoting regional and international artistic exchange, including a performance at the 2025 Osaka World Expo. 
Alongside his artistic work, Chang is deeply engaged in music education outreach, curating the “Dandelion Project,” which brings music into schools and public spaces, realizing a vision of education evolving into professional practice. As both performer and curator, he continues to explore the connection between music and society, building Bratsche into a performing arts platform that links cities through music.
