阮劇團是一個文化實驗室。 從2003 年成立於嘉義以來，我們長期使用「劇場」作為方法，把地方生活的經驗，轉化成可以共感、討論、一起想像的當代敘事。除了舞台上的表演，我們更關注人在快速變動的時代裡，如何重新理解自己、他人，以及所生活的社會。 阮劇團以「文化賦能」為核心，透過深度、實驗、共感的文化行動，讓劇場走進節慶、校園、地方與日常生活，成為人們練習思考、練習選擇、練習行動的空間。每一場演出、每一次展演、每一堂課程，都是一場與土地的對話，也是以創意回應時代的實驗。 阮劇團相信，當人們獲得更獨特、更難忘的文化體驗，世界也會因此慢慢改變。

Jhao-Cian Wang is a Taiwan-based theatre director and cultural practitioner, and the Founder and Artistic Director of Our Theatre, a long-term cultural laboratory founded in 2003 in Chiayi. His work focuses on developing theatre as an operating method — a way to organize people, time, space, and attention — rather than producing isolated performances. Across theatre-making, local curation, and education, he is concerned with how cultural practices are sustained over time and how action becomes possible within specific social and spatial conditions. Working closely with local contexts, Wang’s practice extends beyond the stage into cities, schools, and civic spaces. He develops long-term, site-responsive cultural systems that emphasize continuity, repetition, and participation, treating culture not as output, but as an ongoing practice. His work consistently rejects fast replication and spectacle-driven logic, insisting instead on methods that can endure time, friction, and failure.
